The News of Today is the History of Tomorrow
IN POLITICAL NEWS
1) Eight Iran-headed ships were turned around, but 20 others were let through the Strait. No soup for you, Iran! Indeed, if Iran cannot ship oil, its pumping stations are little better than Lego Dinosaurs in a mall. Iran International explained that this could hit Iran with irreplaceable $9 billion to $15 billion annual lost revenue.
2) The Senate confirmed John Shepard as District Court judge for the Western Arkansas District. Good news but these confirmations must go more rapidly. Speaking of judges, by a 2-1 vote, a D.C. circuit court panel slapped down Boasberger's attempt to have a criminal contempt probe into President Trump.
3) Here is my longer take on Trump's strategy: "Personal Planetary Boombox." Consider subscribing. This is good stuff, I don't care who you are! This analysis by Michael Doran is excellent, although a tad to wedded to traditional political thought. For example, I think there is a real, genuine Christian influence at work in the Trump administration that says "for now we'll tolerate, or even cooperate with, Muslim states that restrain their caliphate talk. But when they get to the 12th Imam stuff, you're gonna get shredded."
4) A few voter reg numbers: OK has increased its net GOP lead by about 4,300.. Meanwhile, R Gustavo Ceballos won a massive 18-point OVERperformance over Trump in a FL city commission race. Likewise, in Rio Rancho, NM, the R won the race by a gigantic 26 points, overperforming Trump by 23. In West Miami's mayor and City Council races, Rs also overperformed. Oh, and these districts? Heavily Hispanic. What? I thought Rs were losing Hispanics. In VA, the redistricting measure is being voted on and currently red districts are showing a 46,000 advantage.
5) Good. DoJ dropped charges against Proud Boy leaders. Now go ARREST SOMEBODY. By the way, this is why Trump didn't just pardon them. Now their original arrests were vacated, as if they legally never happened. And this eliminates the last of the Rutabaga political prosecutions.
6) Now, given the green light, they are coming out of the woodwork for Eric (Farticus) Swalwell. Our permission culture at work, as a new woman claims Farticus raped her in 2018.
7) The Senate confirmed another Trump judge, Christopher Wolfe.
8) Not only do I think that the DemoKKKrat Party is going extinct, but that liberalism as a whole is badly wounded. Demographics are completely against them, with descendants of conservatives forming 80% of America's body politic by 2100.
9) Rutabaga era VA official John Windome has been indicted on charges of receiving thousands of dollars in cash and other gifts for handing out sweetheart contracts.
10) Next up to resign, Adam Schiff (Schiffty, the Human Lemur) may have committed federal crimes on the House Impeachment Committee.
IN ILLEGAL CRIMINAL ALIEN NEWS
11) Awesome news. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent says that an order for proof of citizenship to conduct banking is "in process." So much for "Bank of Amigo," as Rush Limbaugh used to call Bank of America, which catered to illegals.
IN CULTURAL NEWS
IN TRANSOID NEWS
13) Sponsors pulled out of the Pittsburgh homosexual/transoid pride parade, forcing its cancellation.
IN ECONOMIC NEWS
14) U.S. oil exports just hit another all-time record. We are exporting light sweet, but so far most of our refineries were built to handle only the sludge crude from the Middle East or Venezuela, which is why it will take time for gas prices to fall. It's like saying "We've got a whole herd of cows, so why isn't hamburger cheaper?" How many slaughterhouses for cattle---vs. pigs or chickens---do you have?
15) Seven Eleven will close over 640 stores this year. Now, where to find hot-pockets?
16) Williams company is putting in a brand new gas pipeline to keep metro New Kabul all gassed up.
IN INTERNATIONAL NEWS
17) Iran's president was panicked after returning from meetings in Poke-eee-sthan saying the country is just weeks from complete bankruptcy. "How will we pay salaries?"
18) Ruh roh. Not sure this is what the anti-Orban people in Hungary wanted, as the new PM Peter Magyar (how's that for a Hungarian name?) said he will keep the fence and repair the holes and not release any of the illegal criminals they are holding.
19) India said "nyet" (or however you say "no" in Punjab) to hosting the COPE conference, er, the COP33 "climate change" conference.
20) Centcom forced 6 ships headed for the Strait of Hormuz to turn around. Meanwhile, the Euros have drafted a plan to keep the Strait open without the U.S. 1) this is exactly what Trump wanted, because he knows they can't do it, and 2) . . . they can't do it.
IN ENTERTAINMENT NEWS
21) Disney has begun mass layoffs to "foster a technologically-enabled work force." Yeah, that's the ticket. Ol Walt never cared about people, anyway, right?
IN MEDICAL NEWS
23) Definitely not what Big Pharma and the vaxiopaths wanted to hear: vax skepticism among Americans is now nearly at 50%.
AND FINALLY . . .
24) Animals thought missing or extinct are making a comeback: the first spotting in a decade of a "cloud jaguar" occurred in Honduras; Brazil's blue and yellow McCaw showed up in the rain forest for the first time in 200 years; and this missing cat was reunited with its family after five years.
