HEADLINES: Trump to deploy $800 million midterm fund; Hillary warns against the DSA "communists"; Various Ds warn of defeat

IN POLITICAL NEWS


1) In addition to having a midterm convention, President Trump said he would deploy a titanic $800 million election fund for the midterms. This would be 20x what the DNC has, depending on which DemoKKKrat accountant you listen to.


2) Facing a strong challenge from Andy Biggs, the AZ governor, the evil Hobbit, Katie Hobbs now also faces investigation for a "pay to play" scandal.


3) Seth Keshel's latest voter registration roundup shows that we are now in a slog, although every state gained more Rs net since November 2024. Overall, in most states GOP gains have stalled, but DemoKKKrats aren't making up much ground. FL remains a bright spot for Rs, who also gained quite a bit in NH (4,000 net) while DemoKKKrats have made small gains in the hundreds in IA. In NC, DemoKKKrats re-took the active registration lead by 3,000, suggesting they are making efforts to re-activate their voter lists; in AZ DemoKKKrats gained 8,000 but now trail by 313,000, and in NV Ds gained 1,000 but fell further behind overall, now leading statewide by only 1,800. NV has been back and forth. In PA, Ds have an overall lead of 206,000 but an active voter lead now of only 25,000---a loss of 100,000 since November 2024. I don't expect these percentages to change much between now and November. A small indicator here---and it is FL---but right now the DemoKKKrat Terror Party is lagging behind its 2022 midterm numbers.


4) After a battle, the Senate confirmed Todd Blanche as AG. Recalcitrants such as John Cornhole, Uncle Thom Tillis, and Wild Bill Cassidy all reluctantly fell into line. Also, the Senate confirmed more of Trump's appointees at a faster rate than anyone in 25 years.


5) The DemoKKKrat Terror Party's lawfare at work: Months before Trump was elected, nearly two dozen DemoKKKrat state AGs planned to sue him. Such fine, upstanding people.



7) Overall Marxist-Leninist Spoogechinmney and general podcaster analwart Hasan Piker flat stated the DemoKKKrat Fascist goal: "We're here to destroy the white race." Good luck. The Muslims couldn't do that at Tours, or Vienna, or Lepanto, or Malta; the Japanese couldn't do it in the Pacific; and Iran is lookin' jes' fine right now, right?


8) The FBI is targeting "transnational oppression," meaning harassing, stalking, or threatening individuals by nasty foreign gubments. Oh, and Kash Patel revealed that the FBI has undergone a "sweeping" reorganization to make it more effective. Let's hope, less political.


9) Hunter Biteme said Rutabaga's cancer has spread to his bones. I know this is the wrong attitude---"we should pray for Joe"---but I wonder, how many of you would Rutabaga pray for if he learned you had cancer?


10) Louisiana's Senate passed its new redistricting plan giving Rs two new seats. It heads to the House, where the GOP has a 2/3 majority. In SC, Governor Henry McMaster called a special session for redistricting.


11) The DemoKKKrats' five civil wars that I detailed last summer have really aligned almost perfectly into a single civil war involving the DemoKKKrat Fascist/Socialists of America and the establishment DemoKKKrat Terror Party. The former is just too much for many including long-time media spokesman, Julian Epstein. Announcing he would support R Mike Rogers in the MI race vs Abdul El-Sayed, Epstein wrote that the DemoKKKrats were "“getting into bed with a nihilistic, deconstructionist brand of third-worldism”— an ideology that seeks “the elimination of prisons, policing, borders, the Senate, the presidency, the Supreme Court and democratic free markets.” Even Cankles warned that supporting a bunch of commies would result in a "very effective attack" by Republicans---who, we would expect, would "pounce." Obama's former chief of staff, Rahm Emmanuel, called the DSA position "a losing political message." Did you get that? A political party completely adrift in messaging is saying to its defectors, "We got nuthin', but you've got less than nuthin'." And today, the Senior Skank's former press secretary Michael Larosa says he won't support El-Sayed. And here is former DNC fundraiser Lindy Li on the DemoKKKrats' money woes and the threat of the little Hitlers.


12) As Jeff Childers noted, there is a highly publicized but almost entirely impotent wing of the Republican Party (actually none of these people are Republicans in their heart---they hate ALL GOP principles). A great example is the "Lincoln Project,' more aptly called the George Lincoln Rockwell Project, Elementary School Chapter for its affinity for playgrounds. At any rate, this hideous org raised $90 million for midterms and didn't move the needle once.


13) Two FL men got in a fatal fight in a Publix parking lot, one armed with a hatchet, one with a machete. Well, I guess the good news is that we're getting back to some serious old timey weapons.


IN AI NEWS



15) Who knows what to believe? Last week it was the ChiComs' AI "Moonshot" and Kimi K3 that was supposed to have vaulted them into the AI lead, but now tech experts say, "Nahhhhh." The capabilities don't match the test scores. Moreover, right on cue in one of its tests, Kimi K3 broke containment. What, should we rename this AI "Wuhan?"

17) Finance majors go to church; arts, data, and environmental sciences don't.


18) In five states, homeschool students are banned from public school sports. Er, no. Those parents PAID their taxes and whether they send kids to those schools or not, they should have access.


19) Transpo Sec Sean Duffy put out a call for video gamers to test to become air controllers. The result was shocking. 94% of the hiring goal was met, the fastest this was reached on record; 2,000 of the "best and the brightest" were hired and they reached the academy quicker than any class in history. Realize we were down almost 4,000 due to Zero-era rules on "diversity." As Jeff Childers shows in his column today, on Zero's moronic exam, you were asked questions such as "My worst subject is . . ." and if you said "Science" you were AWARDED 15 points. You benefitted from being scientifically stoooooopid in a career where you had to know physics and weather patterns and, if you're Billy Bob Thornton in "Pushing Tin," how to sit on a folding chair for 8 hours straight.

IN ECONOMIC NEWS


21) Factory construction jobs have soared under Trump. And private sector jobs are at their highest level ever according to the Fed. This is what we want. Reduce gubment hiring, increase private sector employment.


22) Moving to counter Chy-na, President Trump announced $180 million in grants to mining companies. DemoKKKrats invested in illegals, fraud, and overall slime-blight. Trump invests in autos, manufacturing, oil, gas, and mining.


23) Is the debate about the non-existent "$20 burrito" a thing? Jeff Childers warns that it is reflective of deeper issues. But I would counter that online influences can indeed sometimes reflect the public mood, but more often than not are in a bubble of their own. At any rate, people such as TPUSA's Andrew Colvet said a burrito shouldn't cost $20 and complained about overall costs, while more tranditionalists such as Capn Dan Cringeshaw told him to suck it up and work harder. Part of the discontent is the student loan scam, in which kiddos borrowed tens of thousands for a (often useless) college degree. American homebuilders are slashing prices to try to address the "affordability" issue, but of course mortgage rates are still a major driver--and still too high. Childers says the administration needs a counter narrative immediately, and that it has all the arguments ready to go. My experience is that narratives don' t do much, one way or the other. People know whether they are better or worse off. Falling gas prices, while not by themselves hugely important, are a necessary balm. We'll see if Trump can restore some excitement about the economy over the next month. If this goes to Oct., it will dent the GOP House retenction chances.


24) Part of this debate, though, has to be a major encouragement away from college. "Dirty Jobs" Mike Rowe in a podcast said he visited Plano, TX and found electicians working on AI making $240,000 a year in a state without income taxes. One issue, of course, is that of location. Will Gen Z and others be willing to do what every other generation did: move where the jobs are.

27) Speaking of the Huns, their auto industry is cratering. Once profitable joint ventures with the ChiComs merely allowed them to steal German tech, and make it cheaper. As David Blackmon warns, it is a cautionary tale for American automakers.



29) Are Muslims starting to leave France? Steve Turley thinks so. Certainly there is a "brain drain" as more educated French Muslims are leaving. They are blaming "Islamaphobia," which is rich considering they're the ones burning churches and murdering ordinary people. If true, and if the numbers (an estimated 200,000 so far) have left, it would mark the largest outward immigration of Muslims since the Spanish in the "Reconquista" forced them out in 1492. Bears watching.


30) Germany's conservative (not "far right") Party AfD has taken a 20 point lead ahead of elections. Now, you know what I think of polls.


IN ENTERTAINMENT NEWS


31) Don Nelson, second winningest coach in NBA history, dead at age 86. And "Dukes of Hazzard" star and former Congressman Ben Jones, dead at age 84.


32) Halo Studios and XBox are firing people in the massive backlash against the newest "Halo" game. This is what you get when you have employees who hate guns working on a war game. SMH.


33) "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" is the second fastest film ever to gross $1 billion, now at $1.67 billion. I think a lot of this is built-up frustration with bad Marvel products and looking for a good one---and this is definitely good. My projections now for "The Avengers: Doomsday" will be it will near $1 billion in its opening weekend, and probably finish somewhere around $2.5 billion.
