HEADLINES: Supes strike down tariffs; Transpo Dept shuts down 550 driving schools; More charged in MN "Feed Our Fraud."

The News of Today is the History of Tomorrow

IN POLITICAL NEWS

1) The Supes, in a stunning but perhaps predictable move, struck down Trump's tariffs 6-3 without explaining how do do refunds. First time in 8 years that Zen Master has been wrong about an outcome. Trump likely to turn around and reimpose in a different way.

2) I am "meh" on polls, even though this one shows Trump back up to 50%.

4) President Trump signed an executive order protecting glyphosphate, much to RFK, Jr.,'s chagrin, as this is the agent in "Roundup" weed killer that is the subject of numerous cancer lawsuits. There is only ONE producer of glyphospate in the U.S., which is needed for repurposing car plants for tanks and ammo if needed.

5) DOJ has charged a 79th person in the MN Skinny "Feed Our Future" fraud. Note that about two weeks ago, all the MN prosecutors working the case had quit in protest of . . . working the case. The unbiased and non-political lead prosecutor, in fact, is defending Blind Lemon Don in his case, which, of course, cannot be a criminal invasion of a church. Naaaaaahhh.

6) After saying that Zero "made a big mistake" with his comments on UFOs, President Trump ordered the release of all government files on UFOs. What do we do when we find that Cankles, Botoxic, and Bill Gates are Skinwalkers?

7) MN faces $2b loss of Medicaid funds due to its fraud. Good. Break that fascist state. On top of that, the state faces a $200 million loss from the anti-ICE protests. Couldn't happen to a nicer icecube.

8) There is more here than meets the eye. Looks like the Slimes is going all in on booting the Oleaginous Butyraceous Gruesome. This is a headline I didn't expect: "How California is damaging faith in government."

IN EPSTEIN FILES NEWS

10) Good ol' Prince Andrew. Diddling kiddies wasn't enough. He had to share secret national security info with Eppy.

12) Cong. Nancy Mace has asked the CIA for docs on Eppy and Maxwell. This is not going away, and it will not affect Trump one iota. Hunker down, DemoKKKrat colonbowls. You're about to get the scope.

13) Jeff Childers in his "Coffee & Covid" notes that the investigation into former Prince Andrew is gaining significant steam, that many predict may being down the whole monarchy---at the very least, now, many royals will have to sit for interrogations---and that it's nearly unprecedented. The last time there was something like this was in the 1600s during the English Civil War. You know, right after King Chuckie I got his held elevated six inches off his body? Andy hasn't been charged yet, and the investigation doesn't involve sex with minors. It is all about the national security secrets the Princess Bride may have offered up for some feather tickles.

IN ILLEGAL CRIMINAL ALIEN NEWS

17) After years of tumult due to illegal invaders, a small TX town is back to normal.

IN CULTURAL NEWS

18) Interesting new data from the great Ryan Burge, who finds that a large number of "cultural Jews" are in fact Christians.

IN TRANSOID NEWS

19) It looks like the whole family of the fascist transoid hockey shooter was nuts. His son was arrested last year for setting fires to a mostly black church.

IN ECONOMIC NEWS

20) In a reversal of normal Trump EPA policies, the DOJ has blocked the largest gold/silver/copper extraction site in the U.S. (AK) over concerns it will damage salmon. There are ongoing issues with fish population.

24) Fourth Quarter 2025 GDP slumped to just 1.4%. Thanks gubment shutdown.

IN INTERNATIONAL NEWS

25) President Trump said he'd consider whether to bomb Iran in the next 10 days. Honestly, for what? What have they done now that is a cause for war? Yeah, they kill their own people but so do the ChiComs.

26) The State Department has developed a portal to evade Euro content bans. Among other things, this may be a way to allow Brits and others to actually express themselves without the gendarmes getting their info.

IN ENTERTAINMENT NEWS

27) Two of my favorites, "Dark Winds" and "Night Manager," are back on Prime. That's about all I can get excited about.

AND FINALLY . . .

28) On my way to Utah for a talk to the Layton Co. GOP's Lincoln Day Dinner. Should be back Monday, assuming the plane doesn't detour over the Donner Pass.
