HEADLINES: Polling frauds; Rs' Hispanic gains hold; DemoKKKrat fraudsters arrested
The News of Today is the History of Tomorrow
IN POLITICAL NEWS
1) First we had Median Strategies, a fake polling firm in the New Azteca's mayor race that admitted it was nothing but a propaganda front, Now we have Wedgewood Polls, another hoax outfit, that had Rs losing every single contested senate race and, for good measure, threw in a totally safe MS senate seat that led the goofball, desperate DemoKKKrats to hurl money into the race. Of all outfits to "out" them, they did it themselves, calling the firm a "social experiment"---yet it's amazing that said experiment didn't tilt the Republicans' way in a single race. See Jeff Childers' great analysis of this, but I could have told you the polls were all hoaxified. Having fallen for Wedgie-wood's lies in the MI primary, Newsweak is all uppity now.
2) Seth Keshel argues that based on returns from Yuma, AZ, Rs are going to do very well with Hispanics, perhaps lead. There is no blue Hispanic wave. Deciphering the vote drops is tricky, but the main rule is that DemoKKKrats almost always win early/mail-in voting. I recall in 2016 the first signal I saw where I knew Trump had a very good shot at winning was when the DemoKKKrats in FL had an early mail-in/in-person-vote lead of 110,000 by election day . . . and I knew that was way short of what they had to have to win. Well, in AZ, a full week earlier than when Rs began to win daily ballot drops in Maricopa County, they have won one. As of today, Rs held a 1.6% lead in MC, which could be curtains for Ds, as Rs have a big registration lead in the county. This is a terrible signal for Ds and means Andy Biggs has a real shot at the governorship here. It also is good news for one of the absolutely critical House races, CD1. Already DemoKKKrats are pulling money from House races they hoped to flip. And increasingly the "insiders" are thinking Michelle Tafoya can win the MN Senate seat. (This was the last on my list to flip). And I don't do polls, but the fact that the terrible Faux News poll has Paxton tied? Don't look now, but that really does signal Sen. Paxton. Meanwhile the senate campaign of Abdul ("I Keeel You") El-Sayed has taken another blow when one of his ops was found to have taken overseas money. He won't say from whom but I'm betting it's a nation who is part of The Religion of Peace (TROP ™).
3) More DemoKKKrat fraud here, as the FL AG arrested the mayor of Kissimmee, charging the DemoKKKrat rectalrocket with fraud and grand theft. And the DOJ has charged a powerful VA state senate DemoKKKrat with drug trafficking and money laundring. Ouch. A wiretap caught her saying this was her "last chance at generational wealth." Well, if you count prison ciggies as "wealth.,"
4) Here is a long piece by the great Data Republican on color revolutions, how they work, and if we're confronting one now. Having been outed, the WaCompost ran a story defending these anal-wipe conspiratorial treasonous slugsocks. A more sensible approach comes from Jeff Childers who argues "while all this is undoubtedly a wake-up call that demands close attention, it is also a massive success to celebrate. It proves Trump and DOGE badly damaged the deep state and its progressive allies— and removed them from their much more dangerous position inside government."
5) The hideous MI Senator spoogebucket Slotkin wants to prosecute kids coming out of college who work for Republicans. How long, O Lord, will you tolerate these little Hitlers participating in normal politics?
6) Social Security has announced the biggest cleanup ever with over 25 million accounts reviewed.
7) Phoenix, AZ had an unusual hail storm with golf-ball-sized hailstones.
IN CULTURAL NEWS
8) Unfortunately, this will become all too common. A lovestruck man sold everything he owned, drove 1,200 miles to meet a beautiful woman who turned out to be an AI-generated creation. We all pride ourselves on "falling for that," yet I think soon it will be increasingly difficult not to become entrapped.
IN TRANSOID NEWS
9) What some take as a betrayal by the Supes is typical "Let the judicial system work." The Supes refused an emergency request by the Trump administration on immediately enforcing restrictions on taxpayer-related transoid surgeries while the numerous cases wind their way up the system. This is how the Supreme Court works, folks. It is not going to take a case that hasn't been ruled on previously if at all possible.
IN ECONOMIC NEWS
9) In a suit stemming from NM, Meta ("meta" means death in Hebrew) has been ordered to pay $25 billion (with a b) for deceiving users on privacy.
10) This had to hurt: Mediocre Britain approved new gas drilling in the North Sea. What? The solar and wind ain't providing any actual energy? Goooo-lllleee. Who would have thought?
11) We could do something on this mechanical abortion in every column, but Christopher Rufo outlines the ridiculous Kollyfornia "bullet train" that so far has spent $15 billion without laying a single mile of track. The cost overruns are ridiculous and growing.
12) Ebay plans to cut 1,100 jobs, while the U.S. just signed a deal with Lockheed for 850 F-35 jets.
13) Weekly jobless claims 194,000, nearing a 57-year low.
IN INTERNATIONAL NEWS
14) Oops. More oil is now going through the Strait of MAGA, er, Hormuz than before the so-called "war."
15) Here are the Euro countries that have added the most migrants since 2000. Mediocre Britain is at the top with 7 million.
17) Green Screen Zelensky says he would accept terms to end the war with current boundaries.
IN ENTERTAINMENT NEWS
18) Pittsburgh Steelers coach Mike McCarthy injured himself during Sunday's game, after which QB Aaron Rodgers said he was ok: "I wouldn't want Tony Fauci to come start jabbing him with vaccines." Now that's funny right there, I don' t care who you are.
19) "Hobbit" and "Ant-Man and the Wasp" star Evangline Lilly has retired from Hollywood due to her Christian faith.
AND FINALLY . . .
20) Japan has launched a mission to bring back Mars earth and rock samples. Great, but will Japan, with its incredible shrinking population, still be there when the samples return?
