Headlines: This will be the most expensive midterm in history; A new Rutabaga fraud involving "sponsors" of illegal immigrant children; seismic shift in Brazilian election

The News of Today is the History of Tomorrow

IN POLITICAL NEWS

1) You know how I keep saying I think the DemoKKKrats are on the edge of extinction or utter irrelevance as a national party? This is one piece of evidence that both sides think we are close to a knockout blow here, as 2026 will be the most expensive midterm in history and has already set records for ad spending, even in a presidential year. This is the equivalent of ad spending in 59 Super Bowls. Also, gee lookee that! DemoKKKrats are far more critical of their own party in ads. Wait there's more?

2) DemoKKKrat propaganda outlet Politico now says, curiously, that DemoKKKrats are "rethinking" their mail-in ballot strategy. Gee, think that's maybe because a) USAID payouts to illegals and criminals has been extinguished; b) Trump's USPS is already enforcing mail-in rules, and/or c) Republicans learned to play the game too? Here, though, is an example of precisely what that means. In GA, which doesn't register by party, vote-by-mail requests for counties Cackles won are down 50% while counties that Trump won are only down 41%. That would be significant, and enough to oust the evil Tossoff from the Senate. Then, for those of you who do polls, this one has the R, Christine Drazen, slightly leading in the OR governor's race. TX does not register by party, making predictions harder, but here is Seth Keshel's math on why Paxton will win TX pretty easily if Republicans vote at anywhere near the levels they have in previous elections. So solly little DemoKKKrat Talcumpowder Terrorists. You lose, again. Certainly he's toast if this generic Hispanic poll is even remotely close, with Rs leading.

3) A grand jury has hit the PAC of AZ Senator El Pollo Gallego in a slush fund probe. He and Cartel Katie, the Hobbit, are raking in the money from their friends.

4) Everything about the Rutabaga Autopen Presidency was corrupt. A new fraud has been discovered with "sponsors" of the illegal criminal alien children brought in, all the while ignoring reports of fraud---even by the kiddos themselves.

5) Tennessee's prison chief resigned after a botched execution of Christa Pike, who despite two attempts with lethal injection, did not die but was left unconscious and in a hospital (that taxpayers will pay for). Bring back firing squads.

7) A DOE employee was arrested for involvement in a Houthi (Whosde?) plot involving drones and explosives. I am not minimizing this, but I shudder to think that as a yout I built dozens of model aircraft carriers, battleships, etc., pasted them with glue, put M-80 and Black Cat firecrackers throughout, flooded my parents garage to make "Midway," then set them on fire. The U.S. won, by the way.

8) Climate lawfare takes center stage in CO as the Supes hear the Suncor Energy case today.

9) Speaking of courts, the Cornell alleged rape case that the University declined to prosecute is coming back to bite not only Cornell but also Big Tish James and Gov. Hock-a-lugie, who named the thugette as a Special Prosecutor. Well, what do you do when the so-called victim herself says "I was drunk. I had sex cuz I wanted to"?.Now "new evidence" has surfaced. Riiiiiight. Oh, and Politico is squealing that Trump is putting a generation of young conservative judges on the bench for life. When Politico squeals, Americans rejoice. To top matters off, Justice Alito said that he thinks he knows who the Dobbs leaker is, but won't say. My bet is on a staffer under Jumpin' Jackson Brown.

10) More unanswered questions about Trump shooter Thomas Crooks---he was texting someone extensively before his assassination attempt. The FBI is doing a disservice with this slow roll out.

11) This had to have liberal heads exploding like cabbage at a shooting range: CNN's Harry Enten said Trump is the most "influential president" of this century probably dating back "a good portion of the last century." Yes, I have long held the great Ronald Reagan in the #3 position of greatest presidents based on his defusing the Cold War without any part of the earth glowing, but I do think now that Trump's overall body of work elevates him to #3, with Coolidge coming in #5 and Cleveland at #6.

12) Former Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert, dead at age 84.

13) More and more evidence comes out that Count Dooku (Jack Smith) was engaging in totally fascistic wiretapping of Susie Wiles's phone and those of Trump's lawyers. I think a number of "penal corrections": for this walking hyena-bladder can be imagined.

IN CULTURAL NEWS

18) "The Great Feminization" is upon us, reaching into universities, businesses, and law. This involves a potentially fatal element, which is the law exists to do hard things so that you can do the sympathetic thing over enforcing tough rules.

19) Jonathan Turley says the blue-state model for public education has failed. Heck, all public education has failed. It's just worse in blue states. Homeschool, people, homeschool.

20) Chris Bray calls them "kill switch" societies. Others call them mimetic. Either way, places like Kollyfornia now are just enacting laws to force popular compliance with the most ridiculous things just to remind them who's the boss.

22) Elites are paying $20,000 to get an ibogane treatment---a psychedelic "Hell ride" that rewires the human brain. Hey, what could be worse than Mark Zuckerberg? Mark Zuckerberg on LSD.

IN ECONOMIC NEWS

23) Seattle may have actually gotten something right, banning "surveillance pricing" that charges differently based on metadata. By the way, while a Marxist, this woman had this right in her book, The Age of Surveillance Capitalism. The next big battle will be over personal identity, privacy, and securing your own self from the intrusions of perpetual data mining and exploitation (now there's a Marxist word for you).

24) Meanwhile in Washington state, the gubment there imposed a wealth tax on its millionaires. Now da rich want it repealed. Wow. Imagine that! When you actually have to pay a tax, it ain't so appealing.

27) Gas cars fell below 50% in sales for the first time. I'd say give it a minute til people figure out how much it costs to "refuel" a busted battery.

IN INTERNATIONAL NEWS

29) The Frogs are blaming the "far left" for riots that have incapacitated France, when they perhaps should be saying The Religion of Peace ™ Either way, Marine le Pen is seeing her chances of election soar. Just in time, too, as a French court has convicted a feminist for calling a transoid a man.

30) DemoKKKrats don't like Trump's new Venezuela oil deal because it has allowed the War Department to acquire a strategic stake in Venezuelan oil for pennies on the dollar. One thing seems clear: Trump appears to be constructing a giant foundation of a "sovereign wealth fund" for Americans that would eliminate the income tax. Jeff Childers speculates that the "$5,000 promise" if the GOP holds the House and Senate is part of a giant reconcilation bill Trump has already to go that will begin to eliminate the income tax altogether.

31) Mediocre Britain and France abandoned a landmark migrant reshuffle bill as tensions build in both counties to reduce their immigrant populations. 32) The U.S. has withdrawn all B-1 Bombers from Mediocre Britain in a statement that says "We don't trust you for security." The bombers were scrambled and launched so fast the aerial refueling planes hadn't even been sent yet. Obviously, the threat was considered significant.

33) Flavio Bolsonaro, son of the previous Brazilian president Jair Bolsonaro---who the opposition party, very Trump--like, jailed---came up just 1% short of the 50% that Brazil requires to win without a runoff. He will now be in a runoff later this month. If Bolsonaro wins, it would leave just three commie-leaning countries in this entire hemisphere, Canada, Me-hee-co, and Cuba. This is a Trumpian revolution of astounding proportions, exceeding even the collapse of Eastern Europe under Reagan. Mike Benz shows that USAID doubled its spending in Brazil when Jair Bolsonaro won in 2018 to undermine his government.

34) So here is the real story: USAID. Since it was dismantled, the left hasn't won a single election in Latin America. Now, we all thought crushing USAID would affect America's domestic elections---and it has---but I don't think any of us correctly gaged how radically the loss of this leftist cheddar would shred the Leninists in Rio or Sao Paulo. The great Datarepublican has an analysis of USAID's corrupt network here.

35) Brit actor and star of the perpetually funny Monty Python movies, John Cleese, has been bold about his anti-Islam/anti-migrant views. Now he has been reported to the Limey cops and said, "Tell the police to contact my agent" He said he couldn't wait to be arrested. You might want to rethink that John, and read what happened to the "wrong" celebrities under Stalin & Hitler.

IN ENTERTAINMENT NEWS

38) A famous line in Clint Eastwood's "Magnum Force" was "A man's got to know his limitatrions." Guess Tom Cruise didn't watch that, as he failed to understand audiences liked him because he stayed out of politics and was a hero. No more. In "Digger," he stars in an environmental screed that is flopping. It pulled in just $8m domestic, another $12m worldwide for those who hate the U.S. on a budget of over $200m (including marketing). In other words, the movie only has to make another $180m to break even. What this shows is that the man I have called the "Last True American Movie Star" has his limitations. Just as no one wants to see Jackie Chan doing Shakespeare or Will Farrell playing James Bond, Cruise forgot that even he must appeal to audiences not just personally but in terms of story and character.

IN MEDICAL NEWS

39) Small hospitals are closing at a rapid rate, or are being absorbed by larger hospitals that are using, according to the FTC, shady tactics.

40) Supreme Court Justice Sam Alito said what we all knew, that the China Virus lockdowns, vaxxes, masks were a constitutional crisis, a "stress test" of our Constitutional values, which, he said, people were willing to "downgrade" to achieve their ends.. Meanwhile, as the anti-vax champion Jeff Childers pointed out, now doctors, including immunologists, are regretting their decisions to take the vax. Oh, and for all those who fret, "What happens when 'they' try it again?" a vaxiopathic iguana-monkey has the answer:: "The public does not trust our institutions, and with good reason." Or, shorter answer, as Jeff notes, "nothing." Nothing will happen because no one is listening to these jackals.

AND FINALLY . . .

41) A group of skydivers saw a private plane crash and immediately jumped to help rescue survivors. And here's another: a backpacker had his weather=proof tent collapse in a storm, called for help, and rather than waiting for the storm to clear so helicpters could reach him, five volunteer rescuers hiked 8 miles overnight to reach him. Humans can be exceedingly courageous and generous if you give them a chance.
